I love my job because I love to see children and families flourish and become fully themselves.

My goal is to positively affect children and their families’ lives so that they can thrive as a collective unit. I create an environment where positive change can occur by facilitating communication, understanding, and connection.

I specialize in working with children and families who struggle with generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, school anxiety, behavioral issues, adjustment issues, social skills, and other common challenges.

I use creative approaches as well as research-based approaches so that your child can blossom. I believe that play is essential, and so are coping skills so that your child can have the skills to handle their day-to-day anxiety and challenges, and for years to come once he or she is out of therapy.

I use therapeutic approaches that help foster confidence in my clients and families, such as play therapy techniques, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and parent coaching. During therapy, children learn coping skills, practice self-control, and explore concepts that enhance their self-worth.
